I came to Canada seeking opportunity for my family, and over time my professional work became the primary lens through which people in Edmonton came to know me.
At the same time, I’ve always carried a deep connection to the wilderness — places where I find restoration and clarity — and a creative life through poetry. For the past thirteen years, I have served as the Bard of the Edmonton Burns Club, part of an oral tradition that commemorates and celebrates community through verse.
My work brings these parallel strands together. Through landscape photography and poetry, I explore identity, belonging, and the fullness of the self.
This is not about becoming something new. It is about integration — allowing the many dimensions of a life to exist openly and without apology.
If there is an invitation in the work, it is this: to reflect on your own complexity, and to allow yourself to be seen in your full breadth and uniqueness.
